2. Where and when do I see if my money arrived?
Here our website after you have logged in. As we are still evaluating the account statements manually, we ask for your understanding if it takes some time until we have updated the entries on the website. Write a email to if your payment status has not changed until 7th June.

3. Why can I not pay cash anymore?
We want to save you the way to the ATM and the user advisors from collecting cash. In view of the current situation, we consider this payment method to be the most sensible.

4. If there are currently no common rooms and events anyway, why should I pay the association fee?
Your membership fee will be used for purchases of the houses (vacuum cleaner, iron, clotheshorse) but also for the provision and maintenance of the network infrastructure and for team projects, which can partly be carried out despite COVID. The garden team, for example, keeps on doing its job and the bar team continues to fill the vending machines and is currently working on the renovation of the bar.
